Shipping Information
Amelia Park Wines will process and ship all orders within 5 days of payment confirmation. Wine deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
Should an order not arrive within 10 days of shipping, the customer should contact Amelia Park Wines by telephoning (08) 9756 7007, writing to Amelia Park Wines at PO Box 749, Dunsborough, WA, 6281 or by email to info@ameliaparkwines.com.au.
Shipping rates to any location within Australia are based on $10 incremets per half case (6 bottles) to full case (12 bottle) as outlined below:
6 - 12 bottles - $10
12 - 24 bottles - $20
24 - 36 bottles - $30
36 - 48 bottles - $40
48 - 60 bottles - $50
60 - 72 bottles - $60
72 - 84 bottles - $70
84 - 96 bottles - $80
Cancellation of Orders
If an order needs to be cancelled, please notify Amelia Park Wines with 24 hours of the order being placed by telephoning (08) 9756 7007. Cancelled orders will incur an administration fee of $15.00 AUD.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from Amelia Park Wines contact Amelia Park Wines within 5 days of receipt of goods by telephoning (08) 9756 7007, writing to Amelia Park Winesat PO Box 749, Dunsborough, WA, 6281 or by email to info@ameliaparkwines.com.au
If a customer receives incorrect goods from Amelia Park Wines, please notify Amelia Park Wines immediately. Amelia Park Wines will refund or replace the wine provided that notification is received within 5 working of delivery and that bottles are returned unopened and in the condition they were received.
Returns: Where wine is to be returned Amelia Park Wines will arrange to collect the wine from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. The buyer must keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it, wine should be returned in its original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to Amelia Park Wines.
Refunds: If a refund of product is deemed appropriate, Amelia Park Wines will affect the refund within 30 days of return of product to the winery.
Customer Service
Should Amelia Park Wines not be able to fill a whole or partial order, the customer shall be contacted by Amelia Park Wines to discuss the options available.
All efforts are taken to ensure our customer's receive their wine in good condition. Should a customer be dissatisfied, please contact Amelia Park Wines within 5 working days. Damaged goods must be returned to Amelia Park Wines and will be replaced.
Amelia Park Wines guarantee the quality of our wine. If wine is found to be faulty we will offer a replacement or refund. If a customer is dissatisfied, they should contact Amelia Park Wines by telephoning (08) 9756 7007, writing to Amelia Park Wines at PO Box 749, Dunsborough, WA, 6281 or by email to info@ameliaparkwines.com.au
